Terms of Use
Last updated 16 August 2026
These terms set practical boundaries for using the stakeholder-review version of Kasikira.
What Kasikira provides
Kasikira helps you prepare owner-reviewed bookkeeping records. It does not provide tax, legal, audit, or professional accounting advice.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing every proposed record before posting, correcting mistakes, maintaining appropriate source documents and backups, and deciding whether professional advice is required.
Permitted use and uploads
Use Kasikira only for lawful bookkeeping connected to a business you are authorised to manage. Do not upload unlawful material, identity documents, unrelated personal records, malware, or content that infringes another person's rights.
Service boundaries
Kasikira does not submit e-Invoices or tax filings, perform an audit, guarantee regulatory compliance, or promise that a proposed category or amount is correct. Availability may change during development and no uninterrupted-uptime promise is made.
Data, exports, and deletion requests
Business owners can export supported accounting records and submit an account-deletion request. A deletion request starts an auditable operator review; it is not immediate erasure of tax-relevant journals, audit history, backups, files, or identity data.
Changes and stakeholder review
These terms describe a stakeholder-review build and may change before public registration. Material product, retention, support, and legal decisions remain subject to stakeholder approval.
Contact
Before public registration opens, the operator will publish a monitored privacy and support contact. Invited reviewers should use the contact supplied with their invitation.
